Traditionally television display colors feature adjustment points of red, green, and blue. Samsung believed viewers deserved a more colourful experience. To attain this, they designed a technology for 4K UHD televisions that added magenta, cyan, and yellow to the standard primary hues. This resulted in colors better matched to nature’s shades.
