Buyer’s Lab and Infotrend were merging and required a new name. The name needed to convey the concept of essential information and available insights for customers. The dual meaning of “key”—something essential and a tool that unlocks—worked very well as a base. Adding the word “point” played to precise insights. The final word, “intelligence” strengthened the mark from a trademark perspective and highlighted the company’s smart reports and advisory services.Agency partner: JKDesign
When two company’s merge, naming can be challenging as emotions are often running high. This was not the case with this project. The stakeholders were in harmony right from the start. This led to a smooth re-naming experience for this first-rate, one-stop digital imaging enterprise.
