Samsung 4K SUHD TV’s re-defines the viewing experience with a revolutionary technology that makes true-to-life color possible. In addition to creating authentic color, the technology sharpens the picture. The name needed to embody these messages along with being easy for non-native English speakers. “Nano” spoke to precision and when partnered with the alliterative “crystal” and “color” created a richly imagistic but surprisingly simple name.
