Frances Miaetta came to River + Wolf needing a re-brand for his consulting firm that helps clients refashion their businesses through game design insights. Digging deep into game theory and games history, we eventually unearthed the ancient Egyptian board game 20 Squares. Not only is it one the world’s oldest and most brilliant games, but as an alphanumeric name, it felt crisp, contemporary, and possessed great brand storytelling potential.
